NCIMC is committed to patient and practitioner education so as to achieve the highest-level possible of integrative medicine available. We achieve this through patient education, clinical rotations and Chinese Medicine fellowships so as to create patient access to practitioners who are highly trained in both Chinese and Western medicine.

Our program offers authoritative, current information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on how to safely use complementary and integrative medicine in the treatment of chronic conditions. We have information about herbal and dietary supplements, acupuncture, vitamins, and mind-body medicine in addition to various approaches to cancer prevention, treatment, and symptom management. We provide physician, healthcare professional education, and community educational seminars, open to the public, at which all individuals, whether or not they are patients, can learn about all aspects of Integrative Medicine. The NCIMC physician staff and outside experts plan to make presentation. |
